Main Product Unit
Applicable to the scale helicopter series, 3D helicopter series, and fixed-wing series.
Within 30 days from the date the product is received, if the main product unit experiences a non-human-caused quality or performance defect, Fly Wing will provide free repair or replacement service.
Lithium-Ion Battery
Battery swelling, failure to charge, abnormal discharge, or similar issues caused by non-human factors, and not caused by water damage, overcharging, over-discharging, or misuse, are covered by a one-month warranty.
Electronic Components
Applicable to motors, electronic speed controllers, receivers, and remote controllers.
Performance failures not caused by human damage, water damage, crashes, or similar misuse are covered by a one-year warranty.
Helicopter Flight Controller Series
Includes GPS modules.
Flight controller performance failures or software/program abnormalities not caused by human damage, water damage, crashes, or similar misuse are covered by a lifetime warranty, except where service is impossible due to uncontrollable factors such as discontinued components.
Warranty Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
Human-caused damage, including crashes, impacts, compression, drops, unauthorized modifications, disassembly, soldering, or other user-caused product damage.
Environmental damage, including water ingress, moisture, corrosion, high temperature, low temperature, sand, dust, lightning, or similar environmental factors.
Force majeure and natural disasters, including earthquakes, floods, typhoons, fires, lightning, hail, war, government-mandated actions, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable external events.
Improper use, including failure to operate or store the product according to the user manual, reverse power connection, overcharging, over-discharging, or use of non-original accessories.
Normal wear and aging of consumable parts, including batteries, propellers, bearings, linkage rods, gears, and other consumable components.
Lack of valid proof of purchase, including cases where no valid purchase receipt can be provided, the product serial number has been altered, or the purchase date cannot be verified.
Additional Notice
The fuselage shell of the scale helicopter series is handmade. Minor variations in size, shape, or finish are normal characteristics of the handmade manufacturing process and are not considered product quality defects. These variations do not affect normal warranty rights. Warranty eligibility is based on the actual physical defect of the product.
